Croileagan Gaidhlig Ulapul is a community-based, non-profit organisation dedicated to nurturing the early development of children through Gaelic-medium education and play. Based in the heart of Ullapool, we provide a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment where young children can grow, learn, and thrive—immersed in the richness of the Gaelic language and culture.

| Objectifs.

  • Promote Early Childhood Education
    To support the physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development of pre-school children through high-quality early years education.

  • Encourage Gaelic Language Learning
    To immerse children in the Gaelic language through everyday play, conversation, stories, and songs, fostering early language acquisition in a natural and enjoyable way.

  • Conservation and Habitat Protection: To advocate for and contribute to the protection of seal habitats in Orkney, ensuring that local ecosystems remain healthy and supportive of seal populations.

  • Provide a Safe and Nurturing Environment
    To offer a secure, caring, and inclusive space where children feel confident to explore, play, and grow.

  • Engage and Support Families
    To work in partnership with parents and carers, offering guidance, support, and opportunities for involvement in their children’s learning journey.
